Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-friendly Retail Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle billing operations, assist customers during checkout, and ensure accurate transaction processing while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate customer bills using POS/billing software.
- Process cash, UPI, card, and other payment methods accurately.
- Verify product details, prices, discounts, and offers before billing.
- Maintain billing records and daily cash reconciliation.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries.
- Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams.
- Ensure the billing counter is clean and organized.
