Job Description
Chixy Chick & Caf is looking for a Store Manager to run our outlet and keep every customer happy. Youll be the face of the store attentive to customers, quick to solve any issue, and making sure every visit is a good one.
Your day-to-day includes:
Greeting and attending to customers, taking orders, and ensuring fast, friendly service
Handling billing and payments cash, UPI/QR, and card – and closing daily accounts accurately
– Managing stock and storage: checking deliveries coming in, keeping the store well-stocked, and reducing wastage
– Keeping the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times
– Driving daily sales and promoting offers and combos
– Supervising and supporting the team, managing shifts and attendance
– Reporting daily sales, cash, and stock to the owner
