• Client Acquisition & Group Formation: Identify target geographies, mobilize potential borrowers into groups, and assess client creditworthiness and repayment capacity. [1, 2]

• Collection Efficiency: Conduct regular field visits, run center meetings, and maintain a 100% on-time repayment rate while managing delinquency and monitoring normal dues. [1, 2, 3]
• Portfolio Quality (PAR): Maintain a healthy portfolio by keeping the Portfolio at Risk (PAR) well below internal institution thresholds, controlling Non-Performing Assets (NPAs), and preventing defaults. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
• Compliance & KYC: Verify all applicant information, strictly follow Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines, and pass internal/regulatory audits. [1, 2]
