Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager

Objective: We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, execute strategic sales initiatives, and ensure the team delivers exceptional service to clients navigating the property market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of real estate sales professionals, providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, setting clear goals and quotas to expand market share and drive property sales.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor local real estate trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and industry stakeholders to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Process Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and property viewings to negotiations and final closings, ensuring compliance with all legal and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership or management role within the real estate development or brokerage sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding team sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and guide sales agents.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, property valuation, and sales metrics.
  • Valid real estate license and relevant certifications (as required by local regulations).
