QC Engineer / MSQAA Representative (Internal Supervisor)

Key Responsibilities

Apply knowledge of composite materials and manufacturing processes including lay-up, curing, bonding, and inspection methods.

• Understand surface treatment and heat treatment processes.
• Conduct NCR (Non-Conformance Report) analysis, root cause identification, and corrective action reporting.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Perform pneumatic and hydraulic strength testing, including setup, execution, and result interpretation.
• Use inspection and metrology tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and precision instruments.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Identify discrepancies, ensure quality compliance, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with production, QA/QC, design, and customer teams.

Eligibility CriteriA

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in fabrication, composites, aerospace, or heavy engineering industries.
• Required SkillsQuality assurance and quality control processes.
• Root cause analysis and corrective action management.
• Inspection and metrology techniques.
• Engineering drawing interpretation.
• Documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
