Purchase & Delivery Assistant

We are looking for an active and responsible Purchase & Logistics Assistant to handle day-to-day purchase activities, vendor coordination, and product collection and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect ordered IT products and materials from vendors.
• Verify product details, quantity, and specifications during collection.
• Coordinate product returns or exchanges in case of any mismatch or incorrect delivery.
• Deliver products to vendors or designated locations whenever required.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely product availability.
• Maintain proper records of purchase collections and delivery activities.
• Handle other purchase-related activities as assigned.
