Property Document Scrutiny Officer

 We are seeking a Legal Associate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in civil and property-related legal work to join our corporate legal team. This is a full-time, office-based role with no court appearances.

ELIGIBILITY- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.

-Minimum 1 year of experience in civil law, property law, land document scrutiny, or title due diligence.

 candidate will be responsible for:_

- Scrutinizing and verifying land and property documents.

- Examining title deeds, sale deeds, conveyance deeds, agreements, revenue records, and other property-related documents.

- Preparing legal summaries, title reports, document scrutiny reports, and due diligence observations.

- Identifying legal risks, encumbrances, pending proceedings, and documentation deficiencies related to land and property transactions.
