Job Description
Job Title: Parotta / Dosa Master
Location: Manipal, Karnataka
We are hiring an experienced Parotta / Dosa Master for a Tamil Nadu cuisine restaurant in Manipal, Udupi District, Karnataka.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all varieties of parotta (Plain, Veechu, Nool, Kothu, Bun etc.).
- Prepare dosa and its varieties.
- Maintain consistent taste and quality.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene at the cooking station.
- Prepare ingredients required for daily service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team during service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Parotta/Dosa Master.
- Must be skilled in preparing all varieties of parotta and dosa.
- Candidates from Tamil Nadu are preferred.
- Willing to relocate to Manipal, Karnataka.
- Honest, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
