Job Summary

The Warehouse Packing Associate is responsible for accurately packing products, preparing orders for dispatch, and ensuring that all items are handled safely and efficiently. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to company quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack products securely according to company packing standards.
• Verify product quantity, model, and condition before packing.
• Label packages accurately for dispatch.
• Prepare customer orders for shipment within the required timelines.
• Ensure products are packed to prevent damage during transportation.
• Assist in sorting, organizing, and storing inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
• Support stock counting and inventory verification activities.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
