Sanghamithra Rural Financial Services (SRFS) is a growing microfinance institution supporting small businesses and underserved communities through accessible financial services. We are expanding our operations team in Coimbatore to strengthen field processes and support business growth. We are hiring an Operations Manager / Assistant Manager – Operations to oversee operations-management, coordinate with marketing and credit teams, and ensure smooth operational processes. The role includes MIS review, process monitoring, and team coordination.
