Purpose

Operate compression, transfer, or injection molding presses to produce rubber components as per quality and production targets.Key ResponsibilitiesSetup & Operation: Set molds, load rubber compound, and operate molding presses per SOPProcess Monitoring: Control temperature, pressure, and cycle time to ensure proper curingQuality Checks: Inspect molded parts for defects like flash, air traps, short fill, or under-cureDeflashing & Finishing: Trim excess rubber, do post-cure if required, and pack finished goodsMaintenance: Perform basic cleaning, mold maintenance, and report machine issuesSafety & 5S: Follow PPE rules, maintain housekeeping, and adhere to safety guidelinesDocumentation: Fill production logs, batch cards, and rejection reports accurately
