Job Description
- Generate investments in:
- NCDs (Non-Convertible Debentures)
- Fixed Deposits / other deposit products
- Promote and sell safe deposit lockers
- Acquire new customers through:
- Field activities
- Referrals & networking
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Cross-sell:
- NCDs to deposit/loan customers
- Lockers to existing investors
- Conduct client meetings and explain:
- Returns, tenure, and benefits
- Achieve monthly sales targets (investment + locker bookings)
- Maintain follow-ups and conversion pipeline
