Laptop Repair Technician

We are looking for a skilled and motivated laptop service technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops and related hardware. The candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware/software issues and delivering quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair laptop hardware issues including motherboard, display, keyboard, battery, RAM, SSD/HDD, and charging problems
• Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and software
• Troubleshoot software and network-related issues
• Perform laptop formatting, OS installation, and data backup/recovery
• Handle chip-level servicing (preferred)
• Maintain service records and repair status updates
• Coordinate with customers regarding repair timelines and issue explanations
• Ensure quality checks after repair completion

Required Skills

• Knowledge of laptop hardware troubleshooting
• Experience with Windows installation and software support
• Basic networking knowledge
• Ability to use diagnostic tools
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Chip-level servicing knowledge is an added advantage
