Junior AI Prompt Engineer & Trainer

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Junior AI Prompt Engineer who can work with AI tools, create effective prompts, train employees on AI applications, and conduct AI awareness and skill-development sessions for Ashram students. The ideal candidate should be passionate about AI, learning, teaching, and helping others adopt new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

AI Prompt Engineering

Design, test, and optimize prompts for AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools.

Create AI workflows for content generation, research, coding assistance, customer support, and business automation.

Document prompt libraries, use cases, and best practices.

Employee Training

Conduct AI training sessions for company employees.

Develop training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises.

Help teams improve productivity using AI tools.

Monitor adoption and provide continuous support.

Student Training & Outreach

Conduct AI fundamentals and practical AI sessions for Ashram students.

Develop beginner-friendly AI learning modules.

Organize workshops, demonstrations, and project-based learning activities.

Mentor students on AI projects and innovation challenges.

Research & Development

Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies.

Explore AI applications in software development, digital marketing, CRM, automation, and education.

Assist in developing AI-powered solutions for clients and internal teams.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, or similar platforms.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Passion for learning and teaching.

Preferred Qualifications

Any Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Computer Science, IT, BCA, B.Sc., or related field).

Certification or coursework in AI, Prompt Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning is an advantage.
