Hiring: IT Executive

We are looking for a smart, organized, and tech-savvy IT Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client communications and client calls.
• Schedule and manage appointments.
• Manage and monitor WhatsApp groups.
• Maintain and update the law firm's website.
• Manage social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Draft emails, messages, and conduct research using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• Coordinate with lawyers and assist in managing their schedules.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Daily experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
• Basic website and social media management knowledge.
• Experience with Claude Cowork and legal office coordination is an added advantage.
