International Voice Process Agent

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the role of International Voice Process Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling international sales calls, generating leads, explaining services/products, and building strong customer relationships. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound international sales calls
• Communicate with customers professionally and confidently
• Explain products and services to potential clients
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer and call records
• Follow up with customers and resolve basic queries
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken and verbal communication skills in English
• Fluency in at least one regional language: Tamil, Hindi, or Malayalam
• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good listening and customer-handling abilities
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Experience in Sales, Voice Process, BPO, Telecalling, or Finance sector is an added advantage
• Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred
