Intern - Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative AI Intern to join our technology team. The candidate will gain practical experience working on cutting-edge AI solutions, including Conversational AI, Voice Bots, WhatsApp Bots, Multi-Agent Systems, Recruitment AI, Generative AI, and Enterprise Automation Platforms.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to work directly with experienced software architects and product leaders while contributing to real-world AI projects.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Generative AI Development

• Develop and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants.
• Work with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, Phi, and other AI models.
• Assist in implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Support AI model evaluation and benchmarking.

Conversational & Voice AI

• Develop WhatsApp and web-based conversational bots.
• Assist in building AI telecalling solutions.
• Integrate Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) services.
• Improve conversation flows and intent recognition.

Software Development

• Build backend services using Python, Node.js, or FastAPI.
• Develop APIs and microservices for AI applications.
• Work with React for frontend integration.
• Implement secure coding standards and best practices.

Data & Analytics

• Collect, clean, and process structured and unstructured data.
• Perform data analysis and visualization.
• Create datasets for AI model training and evaluation.
• Work with vector databases and search technologies.

Research & Innovation

• Research emerging AI frameworks, tools, and technologies.
• Explore agentic AI and multi-agent architectures.
• Evaluate open-source AI models and deployment strategies.
• Present findings and recommendations to the team.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
• Basic SQL knowledge (MySQL/PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Knowledge of Git and version control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of React, FastAPI, Flask, or Express.js.
• Understanding of prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Interest in Voice AI and Conversational AI technologies.

Educational Qualification

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Final-year students are encouraged to apply.
