Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to interact with customers registered on our online portal, understand their business requirements, provide a demo of our software and promote key portal features to help them make the most of our platform. This is an Inside sales job, where you need to engage our customers using phone, email and whatsapp.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and email registered customers to understand their business needs.
• Highlight and explain portal features to encourage usage.
• Convince customers to complete the sale/subscription process.
• Coordinate with the back-end team for smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate call and follow-up records.
• Work independently with a positive and professional attitude.
• Preferred candidate profile
• Excellent communication skills in English. Hindi and other languages is an added advantage.
• Experience in tele-sales, tele-marketing, inside sales, or SaaS sales preferred.
• 0-3 years of work experience.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
• Honest, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
