Inside Sales Executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and engage customers to understand their specific needs and budget, providing personalized recommendations.
• Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of gold, diamond, platinum, and silver jewellery, including materials, gemstones, making charges, wastage, and chit schemes.
• Sales & Targets: Achieve individual and counter-wise sales targets through up-selling, cross-selling, and closing transactions.
• Inventory Management: Receive stock additions, conduct daily opening and closing stock counts, and ensure products are securely displayed and accounted for.

Showroom Operations: Maintain a clean, attractive display, process transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems, and conduct post-purchase follow-ups.
