Position: HR & Admin Executive (Female)

Industry: Jewellery Retail

Location: Selvapuram, Coimbatore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Experience : 2 to 5 years

About the Role


We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Female HR & Admin Executive to manage the day-to-day human resources and administrative functions of our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a professional work environment while supporting management and employees.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHuman ResourcesHandle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
  • Address employee concerns and maintain healthy employee relations.
  • Monitor staff discipline, grooming, punctuality, and workplace policies.
  • Assist management in performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives.
  • AdministrationOversee daily showroom administrative operations.
  • Maintain employee records and confidential files.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
  • Organize meetings, training sessions, and internal events.
  • Prepare daily and monthly HR & Admin reports for management.
  • Candidate RequirementsFemale candidates only.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in retail, jewellery, textile, or showroom operations.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Candidates residing near Selvapuram, Kuniyamuthur, Sundarapuram, Podanur, RS Puram, Town Hall, or nearby areas will be preferred.
  • Preferred SkillsLeadership and team coordination.
  • Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Experience using HR software or attendance management systems is an added advantage.
