Cinema Guest Service Provider (GSP) – Roles & ResponsibilitiesPosition: Cinema Guest Service Provider (GSP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional approach.
• Check and validate tickets at the cinema entrance.
• Guide guests to their respective screens and seats.
• Assist guests with queries regarding shows, seating, facilities, and timings.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lobby, corridors, and common areas.
• Monitor the auditorium before, during, and after the show.
• Ensure guest safety and report any incidents or issues immediately.
• Assist guests during emergencies and follow cinema safety procedures.
• Coordinate with F&B, Security, Housekeeping, and Operations teams for smooth guest service.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to the Duty Manager when required.
• Support crowd management during peak hours and special shows.
• Ensure all cinema SOPs, service standards, and grooming guidelines are followed.
• Assist with lost & found items and maintain proper records.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by the Cinema Duty Manager.
