Graphic and Web Designer

Yaadhum International Technologies is looking for a creative and talented Graphic & Web Designer to design engaging marketing materials, social media creatives, and modern websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent creativity, and the ability to transform ideas into visually appealing digital experiences that support our training and education business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality social media posts, posters, banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Create creative designs for digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
• Design and maintain responsive websites and landing pages.
• Develop UI layouts, website banners, icons, and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Update website content, images, and graphics regularly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create branding and advertising materials.
• Create and Edit images, videos, and promotional content for online campaigns.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand identity.
• Optimize graphics and web assets for speed, performance, and SEO.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI design tools, and web technologies.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Experience with WordPress, Elementor, or similar website builders.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, Midjourney, or Canva AI is preferred.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or Certification in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Freshers with an impressive portfolio are welcome to apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or web design is preferred.
