Food Production & Operations Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our Food Production & Operations team at our manufacturing facility in Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day production and operational activities.

• Monitor production processes and report any issues.

• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist in inventory and stock management activities.

• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines.

Eligibility:

• B.Tech Food Technology, B.Sc Food Science/Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Diploma in Food Processing.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of food manufacturing processes.

• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety practices is an advantage.

• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.
