Job Role:
- Source customers for consumer finance loans.
- Explain EMI options and financing plans to customers.
- Check customer loan eligibility and assist with loan applications.
- Collect and verify required documents.
- Build relationships with customers and dealership/store staff.
- Promote financial products and support cross-selling.
- Follow company processes and compliance guidelines.
