Job Title:Field Service Engineer
Job Description:We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and maintain Canon printers, photocopiers, and office automation equipment at customer locations. Freshers can apply as complete training will be provided.
- Key Responsibilities: Installation and servicing of Canon printers, copiers, and related equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues at client sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
- Provide technical support and customer assistance.
- Maintain service reports and visit records.
- Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Ability to travel for field visits.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Training Provided: Complete product and technical training on Canon systems.
- On-the-job field support and guidance.
