Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive who will be primarily responsible for field marketing, business development, client visits, lead generation, and sales activities for our construction and infrastructure services.

The role involves extensive field work, meeting prospective clients, visiting construction sites, developing business contacts, generating leads, and converting enquiries into projects. Candidates with prior experience in construction related sales and a good network within the industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Visit construction sites, companies, contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and potential clients.
• Generate new leads through field marketing, networking, referrals, cold visits, and other channels.
• Meet prospective clients and understand their construction, civil, waterproofing, renovation, and infrastructure requirements.
• Promote and explain the company's services to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, builders, architects, and other industry professionals.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits and coordinate with the internal team for technical requirements.
• Prepare quotations/proposals and follow up with clients until closure.
• Convert leads and enquiries into confirmed business/projects.
• Regularly follow up with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify new markets and potential areas for business expansion.

• Maintain records of leads, client meetings, site visits, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Coordinate with the MD and operations team regarding client requirements and project opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Marketing & Sales.
• Candidates with experience in the construction/infrastructure industry will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and client handling skills.
• Strong lead generation and follow up abilities.
• Must be comfortable with extensive field work and frequent client/site visits.
• Good knowledge of the construction industry and related services is required.
• Candidates with an existing network among builders, contractors, architects, consultants, or construction companies will have an added advantage.
