Fiber Laser Cutting Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate fiber laser cutting machines to cut metal sheets, pipes, and profiles as per drawings and specifications.
• Load and unload materials and ensure proper alignment of sheets and pipes.
• Set and optimize cutting parameters including power, speed, focus, and gas pressure for different materials and thicknesses.
• Monitor cutting processes and ensure high-quality output.
• Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
• Perform regular machine maintenance and daily operational checks.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and report major concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow safety guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and production targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, or BE graduates.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experienced candidates preferred.
• Required SkillsFiber laser machine operation.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication and cutting processes.
• Machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Quality inspection and measurement skills.
• Safety and operational compliance.
