Engineer - Stores Management

Roles and Responsibilities - Stores Management

  • Manage receipt, storage, and issue of materials as per company procedures
  • Verify incoming materials against PO, invoice, and GRN requirements
  • Ensure proper storage conditions for components (ESD, MSL, temperature control)
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/system
  • Follow FIFO/FEFO for material movement and consumption
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with planning/purchase for replenishment
  • Handle material segregation for different customers to avoid mix-up
  • Ensure proper labeling, traceability, and batch/lot control
  • Manage inward, outward, and internal material movements efficiently
  • Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counting
  • Control and minimize material losses, damages, and discrepancies
  • Maintain 5S, safety, and compliance standards in store area
