Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase patient enquiries and appointments.
- Manage the clinic's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging content, including posters, reels, videos, and patient awareness campaigns.
- Coordinate with doctors to develop educational healthcare content.
- Run and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Improve the clinic's online visibility through SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Monitor online reviews and respond to patient feedback professionally.
- Manage the clinic website and update service information regularly.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers when required.
- Generate quality patient leads while maintaining the marketing budget.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and healthcare advertising guidelines.
