About the RoleRajsri Computers is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated System Support Engineers to join our growing IT support team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of computer hardware, networking, server administration, firewall management, and IT support services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and networking devices.
• Configure and maintain servers, firewalls, and network security solutions.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.
• Install and maintain CCTV, biometric, and other IT infrastructure solutions (preferred).
• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Document service activities and prepare technical reports.
• Coordinate with customers and provide timely updates on service requests.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional support and communication.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of Computer Hardware Troubleshooting.
• Networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Server installation and maintenance.
• Firewall configuration and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Windows OS installation and troubleshooting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer handling abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• QualificationDiploma / B.Sc / BCA / BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related fields.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge can apply.
• Experienced candidates will be preferred.
