Customer Support Executive

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives at Smart Global Solutions, Coimbatore. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping resolve their queries and delivering a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/chats professionally
• Resolve customer complaints, queries, and service requests in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
• Achieve daily/monthly call quality and resolution targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on pending customer issues
• Maintain a polite, patient, and solution-oriented approach at all times

Who Can Apply:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream)
• Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome
• Basic English communication skills required
• Candidates residing in or willing to commute within Coimbatore

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month + incentives up to ₹2,000/month
• Earning potential up to ₹12,000/month
