Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

Contact potential customers to promote products. 

Qualify leads and schedule appointments. 

Follow up with leads to drive sales. 

Inbound Calls:

Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues. 

Provide product/service information. 

Process orders and gather customer information. 

Customer Interaction:

Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor. 

Listen actively to customer needs and concerns. 

Use effective communication skills to build rapport and resolve issues. 

Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 

Update customer information in the CRM system. 

Sales Performance:

Meet or exceed sales targets. 

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products. 

Other Duties:

Participate in training sessions. 

Adhere to company policies and procedures.
