Customer Relationship Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Sales Executive with minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or telecalling process. The candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills to handle customers and achieve sales targets effectively.

• Roles & Responsibilities:Handle outbound and inbound customer calls.
• Explain company products and services to customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Update customer details in CRM/system.
• Resolve customer queries professionally.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work under targets.
• Team coordination skills.
