Customer Relations Executive

Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Proficiency in Hindi is an additional advantage, as it will help in effectively communicating with our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Provide regular updates to customers on their inquiries or requests.
• Assist in client onboarding and training processes.
• Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and suggest improvements.
• Meet or exceed customer service goals and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service or client relationship role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
