Job Description

The Customer Care Senior Head is responsible for leading and managing the complete customer support operations of the organization. The role focuses on ensuring high customer satisfaction, quick issue resolution, service quality improvement, escalation handling, and team performance management.

Lead and monitor the customer care team

Handle customer complaints and escalations

Ensure proper follow-up and issue closure

Coordinate with other departments for customer support

Monitor customer feedback and service quality

Train and guide the customer care team

Prepare daily and monthly reports
