Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The position demands overseeing the entire application lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment, while continuously collaborating with various teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. The role also includes troubleshooting and refining applications to meet evolving needs and maintaining clear communication channels across all involved parties.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Strong knowledge of API design and development principles.
- Experience with integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Competence in scripting and automation to streamline workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
