Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and standards. You will engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. Additionally, you will oversee the development process, ensuring that the team adheres to best practices and project timelines, while also mentoring junior team members to foster their growth and development in the field.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio.
- Strong understanding of application design and development principles.
- Experience with integration tools and methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with agile development practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Studio.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
