About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Marketing Executive to plan, create, and manage engaging content that strengthens the WorthyTen brand, increases customer engagement, and drives sales across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the company website.

- Write captions, blogs, product descriptions, email campaigns, and promotional content.

- Plan and manage a monthly content calendar.

- Coordinate with the video editor, graphic designer, and marketing team to produce high-quality content.

- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences.

- Optimize content using SEO best practices.

- Monitor content performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

- Support social media campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.

- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in content marketing, content writing, or digital marketing.

- Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Tamil.

- Understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and content strategy.

- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and content creation platforms.

- Strong creativity, research, and storytelling skills.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing.

- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics and social media insights.

- Ability to create content for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and marketing campaigns.
