We are hiring a passionate and hardworking Chef to join our team at Chocko Choza, an artisanal restocafe & bake house in Racecourse since 2007, Coimbatore.

Job Role: Chef

Location: Racecourse, Coimbatore

Experience: 1–5 Years

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on skill & experience)

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain quality of dishes as per restaurant standards

Handle café kitchen operations efficiently during service hours

Work on pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, breakfast dishes, grills, and plated items

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards

Ensure proper prep, storage, and stock handling

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams

Reduce wastage and maintain consistency in taste & presentation

Requirements

Passion for cooking and learning

Good teamwork and discipline

Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
