A BDE (Business Development Executive) cum CRE (Customer Relationship Executive) is a hybrid role. It bridges sales, lead generation, and client servicing. The primary goal is to acquire new business while simultaneously maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships to ensure retention and customer satisfaction.

Lead Generation & Sales (BDE)Identify Opportunities: Research and target potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and platforms like LinkedIn.

Pitching & Proposals: Present company products or services, prepare business proposals, and negotiate terms.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed regular, monthly, and quarterly revenue and acquisition targets.

Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies .

Client Servicing & Relationship Management (CRE)Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, complaints, and troubleshooting.

Onboarding & Follow-ups: Guide new clients through the onboarding process and maintain regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.

Retention Strategies: Build long-term, trusting relationships to prevent customer churn and encourage repeat business.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and communicate it to internal teams to improve products or services. 

Administration & OperationsCRM Management: Keep prospect and client databases updated with communication logs and pipeline status.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with technical, delivery, or operational teams to ensure client requirements are successfully met.Reporting: Maintain daily market visit reports and business updates for branch or senior management.
