Key Responsibilities:

Drive business growth across all VGP Entertainment Centers through effective sales strategies.

Focus on corporate sales, institutional tie-ups, and educational group bookings.

Identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand the client base.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, schools, colleges, and travel agencies.

Work closely with the creative agency team to design innovative campaigns and packages for B2B and B2C sales.

Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Achieve revenue targets through effective sales planning, negotiations, and closures.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Represent VGP Entertainment Centers in promotional events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2–5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Sales (preferably in hospitality, entertainment, F&B, or leisure industry).

Strong network with corporates, educational institutions, and travel partners.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to think innovatively and create customized solutions for clients.

Willingness to travel across Chennai and Tamil Nadu for business development activities.
