Job Description:

Premium cookie brand in Chennai hiring a baker. You will work directly with the founder.

Work includes:

• Making cookie dough, measuring ingredients, baking cookies

• Following recipes exactly as given

• Checking quality of every batch

• Packing cookies for delivery

• Keeping kitchen clean and organized

• Managing ingredient stock

What we need:

• ITI Bakery trade / Baking diploma / 1-2 years bakery experience

• Should know how to operate an oven

• Must be punctual and reliable — no absences without notice

• Tamil speaking

• Willing to learn new recipes and techniques

What we give:

• Salary paid on 1st of every month, always on time

• One to two day off every week

• Training provided

• Salary review and increase at 6 months

• Accommodation help for candidates from outside Chennai

• Good working environment — no shouting, respectful founder

Timing: 7 AM to 5 PM (10 hours with breaks)

Location: Chennai (exact area shared after shortlisting)
