Assembly Technician

We are looking for an ITI Fitter / Mechanical Assembly Technician to carry out mechanical assembly activities for industrial automation systems, workstations, machines

The candidate will mainly work on assembly, fitting, drilling, tapping, alignment, and installation activities. Fabrication work will be carried out externally.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble machine frames, workstations and mechanical structures.
• Assemble aluminium profile structures and accessories.
• Carry out drilling, tapping, reaming, and basic fitting operations required during assembly.
• Perform marking and measurement before drilling and installation.
• Install mechanical components such as brackets, hinges, slides, bearings, fasteners, supports, and covers.
• Carry out component alignment, leveling, positioning, and adjustment.
• Assemble fabricated parts received from external vendors.
• Check fabricated parts for basic dimensional fitment before assembly.
• Support machine installation and commissioning activities at customer sites when required.
• Coordinate with electrical and automation teams during machine assembly.

Qualification

• ITI – Fitter / Mechanical / Related Trade.
• Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience can apply.
• Required SkillsMechanical assembly and fitting.
• Aluminium profile assembly experience will be an advantage.
• Ability to work accurately with dimensions and alignment.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
