JOB DESCRIPTION (Experience in Cloud Kitchen/QSR/Food Company)


  • Joining: Immediate Joining
  • Language: Hindi is compulsory because our chefs are comfortable communicating in it. (English/Malyalam/Tamil is an added advantage)
  • Kitchens to Manage: 5–6 cloud kitchens 
  • Cloud Kitchen experience is mandatory
  • Continental Knowledge is an added advantage




Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end operations management across all assigned kitchens
  • Inventory management and stock accuracy
  • Staff hiring, onboarding, and training
  • Driving zero operational errors and no wrong order deliveries
  • Training teams on managing multi-LAN operations and ensuring seamless kitchen coordination
  • Working from kitchens and flexible with working hours
