Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the system or application environment. This role focuses on maintaining seamless operations by ensuring that client concerns are clearly understood and addressed promptly. The practitioner dedicates time to monitoring system performance, coordinating with various teams to resolve issues, and ensuring that the quality of service meets high standards. Effective communication and a proactive approach are essential to sustaining the reliability and efficiency of the systems under their care.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Document and share knowledge to support continuous improvement within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support as needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration.
- Strong understanding of Linux system architecture and command-line tools.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system and application issues in a Linux environment.
- Familiarity with system monitoring and performance tuning techniques.
- Ability to manage user permissions, security settings, and software installations on SUSE Linux platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
