Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

About Us

KCS Food Products is a growing food manufacturing company specializing in premium Kerala-style banana chips and snacks. We supply distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional customers across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales invoices and purchase entries in billing software.
• Maintain stock and inventory records.
• Coordinate dispatches and logistics.
• Follow up with customers regarding payments and orders.
• Handle office documentation and filing.
• Manage WhatsApp and phone enquiries from customers.
• Prepare reports using Excel.
• Coordinate with accountants and auditors for GST and other compliance requirements.
• Support daily office operations and administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in office administration, accounts, billing, or operations.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong communication skills in Tamil and English. Malayalam is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with billing or accounting software.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, or trading businesses.
• Knowledge of GST documentation and invoicing.
