Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and skills

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, GST compliance, financial records, and documentation. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and be comfortable working with Tally/Excel and GST-related activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle GST filing and GST-related compliance.
• Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
• Record receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank records.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare basic financial reports and MIS reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, vouchers, and receipts.
• Assist with monthly and yearly closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and management when required.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.
• Support income tax and other statutory compliance activities.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of GST filing is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation and invoicing.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Educational Qualification

• Preferred CandidateCandidates with practical GST filing experience will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong accounting and GST knowledge may also apply.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
