Job Description
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Plan and supervise daily maintenance activities.
* Monitor and maintain all production machines and equipment.
* Ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance.
* Identify machine faults and arrange for quick repairs.
* Check electrical, mechanical, and other technical issues.
* Coordinate with technicians and maintenance workers.
* Maintain records of machine breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance.
* Ensure proper availability of maintenance tools and spare parts.
* Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime.
* Ensure regular inspection and servicing of equipment.
* Follow safety procedures during all maintenance activities.
* Coordinate with the Production Department to avoid production delays.
* Prepare daily maintenance reports and update management.
* Ensure proper housekeeping and safety in the maintenance area.
* Follow company SOPs and safety standards.
