About the RoleArkazen Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience to promote and sell rooftop solar solutions. Candidates should be passionate about direct sales, customer engagement, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, references, and local marketing activities.
• Meet potential customers and explain rooftop solar solutions, pricing, EMI options, and government subsidies.
• Conduct customer site visits and coordinate with the technical team.
• Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain daily sales reports, customer visit records, and follow-up updates.
• Represent the company professionally in the assigned territory.
• EligibilityIntermediate (12th Pass), Diploma, or Any Graduate.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales or Direct Sales is mandatory.
• Experience in Solar, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Real Estate, or any target-based sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
