Job Role: Field Sales Executive – Loan Sales

Location: Multiple Locations

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit shops and businesses in the assigned territory.
• Generate business loan leads from eligible merchants.
• Explain PhonePe's loan products and benefits to customers.
• Assist customers with KYC and loan application documentation.
• Coordinate with customers until the application process is completed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer support throughout the process.

Eligibility:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Smartphone is mandatory.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
